Signature Birth Doula

• Unlimited phone, text, and email support from the time this Agreement is signed until your post-birth visit. I’m available to answer questions, provide encouragement, share evidence-based information, and offer trusted resources throughout your pregnancy.

• Referrals to reputable community professionals and educational resources when appropriate to support your unique needs.

• Two prenatal planning meetings (approximately 1–2 hours each) to build our relationship, discuss your birth preferences, review partner support, answer questions, and help you feel confident and prepared for birth.

• Education and guidance regarding the stages of labor, comfort measures, labor positions, common hospital procedures, informed decision-making, breastfeeding, and effective communication with your healthcare team.

• Continuous in-person labor and birth support beginning when active labor appears imminent and continuing throughout labor and birth, providing emotional encouragement, physical comfort measures, advocacy support, and reassurance.

• One hour of post-birth support, or until you are stable, and your family is ready for private bonding time.

• Assistance with your first breastfeeding session, if desired, to help encourage a comfortable and confident start.

• Complimentary birth story photos using my iPhone during labor, birth, and the immediate post-birth period, when circumstances permit and if requested. (These photos are intended to capture birth story memories and meaningful moments. They are not a substitute for professional birth photography.)

• One post-birth follow-up visit to process your birth story, answer questions, provide additional breastfeeding or newborn resources as needed, and ensure you feel supported as you transition into life with your new baby.
